Lemon Raspberry Chia Pudding
- 2 cups (470ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup (85g) chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup (65g) raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Combine all ingredients in a large, sealable container. Make sure all chia seeds are mixed in well.
- Let sit overnight or for at least eight hours. Serve cold with toppings of choice.
