  • 75grams/1 cup Button Mushrooms
  • 20grams/half a small cup shallots, minced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley


  1. Heat butter in a pan
  2. Add shallots and mushrooms. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add salt, garlic, and paprika. Stir until aromatic.
  4. Add sour cream and stir for another minute.
  5. Top with chopped parsley.
