Keto Coconut Matcha Fat Bombs
- 4oz/120gms Cream Cheese, softened
- 2oz/50gms Butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Erythritol
- 1 Tbsp Matcha Powder
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse into a smooth mixture.
- Scoop the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Dredge each balls with coconut flakes.
- Chill until ready to serve.
