Easy Keto Chicken and Cucumber Salad
- 100 grams Cucumber
- 1 small Tomato
- 1/4 Red Onions
- 150 grams Chicken Breast
- 2 Tbsp Black Olives
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Slice the cucumber and add it to the lunch box.
- Do the same with the tomatoes
- Slice the red onions
- Meanwhile, cook the chicken breast by frying it in olive oil.
